Cindy is Toole Design's Director of Urban Design. She focuses on improving the public realm experience in all of her work, which ranges from complex urban design projects to large statewide and national initiatives at the intersection of transportation and the built environment. Cindy blends a background in management and leadership with training and years of experience in planning and landscape architecture, equipping her to drive project successes. Cindy is a dynamic speaker and facilitator having led a variety of training for local, state, and federal agencies on public spaces, complete streets, accessibility, and integrating green infrastructure into streetscapes.
