Do you know your “WHY?” Are you able to translate that into your organization's strategy? This session will provide a process to answer these fundamental business questions. It will inform the choices that are necessary to move your organization to greater success while establishing its practice legacy.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Learn how to articulate your mission, values, and vision.
  • Understanding how to undertake a SWOT analysis of your practice.
  • Explore the value of a diverse team who are committed to the organization's WHY.
  • Discuss how to incorporate your WHY into the lifecycle of your organization, including succession planning and firm legacy.
