Aaron Skogen

Aquatix by Landscape Structures Inc.

Aaron is a seasoned manufacturing executive leading the Aquatix team. His career has spanned three decades building and directing teams in engineering, manufacturing, operations, logistics and maintenance. Prior to joining Aquatix in 2018, Aaron was responsible for a team of nearly 1000 associates at a leading turf care manufacturing company. His career has spanned industries, including Automation, Durable Goods, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Engineering Consulting. Aaron has also led greenfield construction of multiple sites totaling over three quarters of a billion in capital investment expansion. Most recently, he led the development and construction of the new Aquatix facility in Delano, MN.

In addition to his undergraduate and graduate studies, Aaron holds many certifications in LEAN Manufacturing, OSHA Industrial Safety, Quality Management, and Continuous Improvement. Volunteerism is also important to Aaron. He has served on multiple boards, including his children’s schools Board of Education, his local Chamber of Commerce, EDA, the MN Manufacturers Leaders Alliance and was a founding member of the MN West Technical College Presidents Advisory Council.

This background and experience made Aaron a great fit to lead Aquatix growth strategy. Equally comfortable in a board room or on a construction site, you may find him conducting CEU Sessions, Lunch and Learns, assisting on discovery calls, working alongside fabricators on our manufacturing floor, or in the field working with our reps and clients. Aaron’s goal is to make every rep, every project, and his team successful as we work strategically to build Aquatix market share.
