Kirk F. Bosma, PE, is a Senior Coastal Engineer and Vice President at Woods Hole Group. His areas of expertise include numerical modeling of coastal and estuarine processes, coastal engineering design for shore protection, climate change vulnerability assessments and engineering adaptations, and data collection and implementation of coastal engineering projects. Kirk has more than 25 years of experience in the fields of coastal sciences and engineering as well as climate change and resilient design, specializing in the areas of developing gray, green, and hybrid coastal engineering adaptations for fostering urban and rural resiliency in a cost-effective approach.
