Erica is the managing director at TEN x TEN - she oversees office systems, balances project needs and facilitates operational transparency across the firm. She is a strategic communicator, nurturing a culture of trust, curiosity, and care. Often acting as a senior project leader and mentor, her favorite moments happen during complicated and critical conversations. She finds common ground to ensure critical details align in support of the collective vision, collaborating across project teams to find solutions to unexpected problems. Erica celebrates her team and loves learning from them as they all grow together.
