BLA in 1987 from Michigan State University, 13+ years working in the private sector with a Municiple Consultant. Licensed in the State of Michigan in 1992. Served on the Michigan Board of Landscape Architects from September 1997 to June 2001. Transfered to the public sector in 2001 as Assistant Chief of Landscape Architecture with the City of Detroit's Landscape Design Unit (LDU). In about four years was promoted to Chief of Landscape Architecture. Tim survived the City's bankruptcy as the only Landscape Architect in LDU. Now supervising seven Landscape Architects/Designers and nine other professionals focusing on parks and greenways.
