Ameyalli Manon-Ferguson is from the Mazahua, Nahua, and Osage peoples, and was raised in the Indigenous communities of Oregon. She graduated from Oregon State University with a B.S. in Sustainability, a B.A. in Ethnic Studies with a focus on Native American studies, and a B.S. in Fisheries and Wildlife Sciences with a specialization in Native American Ecology. She currently serves as the Cultural Ecologist and Indigenous Community Outreach Coordinator with Parrott Creek Child & Family Services. There, she leads a land restoration project focusing on first food access and community engagement.
