Paul co-founded Wolf Josey Landscape Architects and leads a diverse range of projects primarily throughout the Mid-Atlantic/Southeast regions. He specializes in urban and campus design, conservation, master planning, planting soils, arboriculture and construction administration. He is a board member of Virginia’s Urban Tree Council (Trees Virginia), past board member of TREE Fund’s Tree and Soil Research Fund, contributor to the book, Up By Roots: Healthy Soils and Trees in the Built Environment by James Urban and regularly promotes the role of healthy soils and trees in built communities.
