Jessica is Assistant Professor of Landscape Architecture at the University of Georgia. She is founder of the UGA REDLab, a research and teaching collaborative that applies new and emerging technologies in landscape architecture. She studies outdoor public spaces to promote environments that can improve people’s wellbeing and connection to place, including campus, park, and urban landscapes. Jessica has won numerous awards in practice, research, and teaching, and is passionate about combining evidence-based knowledge and technology with the art of design.
