Michael Schroeder, MPRB Assistant Superintendent for Planning, is responsible for the oversight of the division’s application of land management practices. Schroeder is a licensed landscape architect with experience in interpretive design, historic preservation, streetscape design, master planning, site design, and community planning and design. This expertise has been provided for clients that include non-profits, community and neighborhood groups, private sector entities, and a wide spectrum of municipal, county and state agencies. He specializes on communities and the engagement of stakeholders in the design process, with an emphasis on the relationship between places and the experiences people desire.
