Home to the world-class Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN is a small midwestern city competing with prestigious medical destinations around the globe. This session features two innovative projects—both part of the $5 billion, 20-year-long Destination Medical Center initiative—that rethink the urban street section focusing on accessibility and art as infrastructure.
